Vitus is a Swiss child prodigy, the son of an English mother and an electronics inventor who uses his talents in unexpected ways. This film was the 2006 Swiss entry in the Best Foreign Film entry to the Oscars. Swiss films are pretty rare, but this one is really great. Well acted, a great screenplay, and not mawkish as films about kids tend to be when Disney makes them.
I also got "Inception" from Netflix. It has really terrific special effects that I still wonder out how they did, but the ploy a was bloody awful thing about attacking people in their dreams, their dreams within their dreams, and even dreams within dreams within dreams. Leonardo DiCaprio did as good a job as anyone could, but it is the sort of action film that I despise.
Lots of action, as I said. If you liked the Matrix films, you'd probably like it.
