dont be sad
it's a sham
they know it's not a racist movement
but they also very badly need to marginalize the movement
they know if the Tea Party picked up more steam the Left would be toast
so they scream racism....what else is new?

Think about the ramifications of an Obama/Cain contest? Talk about the Tea Party having an adverse effect on the survival of the Democrat Party and how they are trying to destroy it. Just imagine how much a threat to the Democrats Herman Cain would pose?

Herman Cain & the Tea Party pose the biggest threat to the Democrat Party probably since it's inception. I think if Herman Cain became the next president it would be the Democrats worst nightmare, bar none. Talk about racists & racism. That is when racism and the racists will come out full force. The racism of Liberalism won't be able to hide behind it's facade of being the party for minorities. The house of cards will surely fall under such stress. I think they will stop at nothing to destroy Mr Cain before he ever has a chance of setting foot in the WH.

Herman Cain poses no threat whatever to anything except the Republican party, which will lose miserabley of he is the nominee. Not that there is much chance of that.

And yes, Morgan Freeman is right. The odds are that a kluxer will be a bagger.

Not if Cain is nominated.

Cain's silly 9-9-9 plan is unworkable and not going to appeal to much of anyone. Not that he'd ever get it passed.

Obama's 9-9-9- $ trillion in stimulus didn't work either.

Obama doesn't look like he is going to get son of stimulus passed, his $500 billion spending plan. You don't have much room to talk.

You're so confident of your guy that you are saying he can beat a longshot candidate for president. That's big of you, and very pathetic.

Obama is a miserable failure. Cain is a longshot, but if he won the nomination and picked a solid veep, he would be leading Obama coming out of the GOP convention and would beat him.

I don't see why Herman Cain would have any more problem getting the lead than Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama.

Dark horse he may be , but we do elect those now ant then.

BTW Jefferson Davis was a Democrat.

Of all the facts you mention, the least relevant was the party affiliation of Jefferson Davis.

Had he been a Whig, how would that have affected Cain's chances.

Who was the last dark horse elected president, by the way?

Since Nixon  Democrats have elected more dark horses than party stalwarts.

How long was James Carter famous before being elected?

       "          "          "     Bill Clinton     "        "          "        "    ?

I think Republicans can Probly do the same thing.

Herman Cain has a lot of qualitys I like , and as for lack of political officeholding experience?  That is just the lack I want him to lack.

Experience at managing a company is not at all like experience at dealing with government bureaucracies. Congress is very difficult to get along with. The Senate and House are full of prima donna types. Carter's main difficulty was dealing with his own party in Congress.

Cain is a far darker horse than Carter of Clinton, by the way.

He has no chance at all of becoming president. FDR and JFK would not be nominated today if their health problems were known. And neither of them had cancer, even so.

Obama has been very poor at dealing with Congress. He is a rigid partisan and did not even meet with any GOP leader for the first two years of his failure of a presidency. He only spent one year in the U.S. senate and the other three running for president. He was extremely inexperienced and poor equipped for the presidency, as you have seen. The economy will never improve under Obama. His spending policies don't work and ObamaCare is a weight over the economy.
