in the case of crime of passion it`s legal in france.
the thinking is it`s a uncontrollable situation so the wife should not be blamed for killing her husband due to him cheating.
as long it`s in a fit of rage.
I think it`s crazy thinking
I know I can make up something to take advantage of that loophole.

Rage being an excuse , allows any reason to become rage.

It's not really a loophole in the law. Defense attorneys are allowed to argue it (as they can do so here) and juries are more apt to release someone involved in a crime of passion in romance countries.

in brazil if a wife goes to college the husbands can kill her for dishonoring him.
but if she survives he may face a few months in jail.
so the lesson is make sure she`s dead.

In France, I think the wife would know that the husband was having the affair, and would either ignore it, or find herself a lover, and then ignore it.

The French are far less passionate than their reputation. This is the sort of thing that the French would say was typical of an Italian or a Corsican.

This was a whole lot of money for an orthodontist of that age to have, considering that his parents have not died and left him their fortune.

Not only will the poor wifey be in jail for several years, she has to make all her public appearences wearing a really ugly shade of orange.

I doubt that the French would require anyone to wear orange clothing.
