Responding to a few things that caught my eye as I moved down the thread.
A large percentage of the homeless are mentally ill and if not for the change in the law some 40 odd years ago would be institutionalized and not homeless. So any attempt to categorize the homeless by ethnicity and IQ is futile.
You don't have to be Einstein to figure out why blacks are sensitive when it comes to debates concerning IQ. Anyone who is puzzled by it is only living in this country physically and resides on some distant planet mentally.
This is a hugely complicated issue. We are no where near scientifically advanced enough to present any "truths" about varying degrees of cognitive ability, native intelligence, brain development, and so forth. Any postulating on it is strictly self revealing. But please, reveal away, it's fascinating.
