Sarah Palin waded into the controversy surrounding Chick-fil-A and gay marriage by tweeting a picture
of herself and husband Todd visiting the fast-food chain Friday after a Texas campaign stop.

"Stopped by Chick-fil-A in The Woodlands to support a great business," the former Alaskan governor and vice-presidential candidate tweeted following an appearance at a rally for Republican Senate primary challenger Ted Cruz outside Houston.

At the Cruz rally, Palin said: "Jason, you're going to have to take me on our way back to the airport later. We drive by a Chick Fil-A. We don't have that in Alaska," she said, referring to an aide. "Love me some Chick Fil-A. So we'll go there, Jason, on the way, OK"?

Palin urged Cruz's supporters to visit Chick-fil-A, which has been mired in controversy since its president said the chain supports "the biblical definition of the family unit."

Palin told Fox News this week that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel?s comments on the chain amounted to "thuggery".

It's always funny to see guys with low net worth say how "dumb" multi-millionaires are that have built wildly successful businesses from the ground up. One guy I work with lives in a shit apartment, lives paycheck to paycheck, and the dude is in our breakroom every morning bloviating about how people like billionaire Mark Cuban, Bill Gates, Jerry Jones, and a host of other wealthy self-made businessmen are "idiots".

When I say that the fundies that run Chik-Fil A (God, what a stupid name, back to the days of Ray-O-Vac). I was not referring to their ability to market chicken sandwiches and make money. Henry Ford had oodles of money, but he was a die hard anti Semite  and one of Her Adolf's role models forever. The ability to make money is hardly proof of universal knowledge. It is a limited skill, like playing the noseflute or dunking baskets. Bill Gates is, I am sure, quite unable to win prizes in an Estonian folksong competition. No one has universal skills.

These people are morons in their attitude toward gays and their even greater stupidity in promoting anti-gay propaganda. No one is going to cease to be gay because of some chicken joint owner, and simply remaining neutral on the issue is simply good business.

I would rather eat a Chik-Fil-A sandwich than a McD's Chicken sandwich because it tastes better and is a better value. It is inane to propagandize causes either way, and those who do it are idiots when they do.

Here's the funny thing, the notion that somehow Chik-fil-a has been "promoting anti-gay propoganda" is pretty asanine.  I only found out about who they contribute $ towards from this recent act of the CEO talking about family values recently.  And how long have they been in business?  Anyone been denied service?  or employment, because of their "sexual orientation"??  Kinda seriously debunks the notion that they're not doing good business or pushing some cause

I haven't been a Chik-Fil-A patron........I will now, as the intolerant left tries to push their anti-1st amendment propoganda
