It's OVER. The 3-year, disgraceful witch-hunt of Sheriff Joe Arpaio by the Obama Department of Injustice was dropped tonight, with absolutely no charges to be filed in the matter.

In a Friday night release typical of those who want to bury a story (and before a Labor Day weekend no less!), an Asst. U.S. Atty. said the DOJ "is closing its investigation into allegations of criminal conduct" by current and former members of (Sheriff Arpaio's) department".

They had NOTHING, because this was NEVER about the law, ONLY politics.

They simply wanted to bring down the most prominent symbol in America in the fight against illegal immigration.

And they failed.
