People argue mostly engineers and moms that multitasking is ok,but i knew it cant good and easily counter productive.
Multi tasking is too vulnerble for mistakes to be consistently effective. My old job does it and people notice when i only do one job I'm strangely error free and very fast. So Nobody messes with me ever.
I said error free for a reason pretty much everybody else's work require a qc check . I dont. My trick is simply no multi tasking. One job at a time unless lifes crap is needs it

I feel the same , I am well adapted to my work , as long as I can devote the attention to the detail that it requires.
I fail at multitasking.
