Lebanese President Michel Sleiman Thursday
demanded that Hizballah withdraw from the Syrian conflict. If they take part in the battle for Aleppo, he said, many Hizballah fighters will be killed and it will lead to more tension in Lebanon. DEBKAfile: Hizballah has massed 2,000 fighters outside Aleppo ready to jump into the battle and is ready to transfer reinforcements from Lebanon in the coming days.
