Some would say that term better describes the last 5 years of this regime.

So, if I understand correctly, the GOP is criticized for not having any plans, and when they do, they supposedly "stink", and yet Obama claims he's willing to work with Republicans, and is open to all ideas?  Perhaps, more accurately, he's open to only his ideas
