It seems to me that if a woman or anyone does not want nude pics of her online, just don't allow anyone to take nude pics.
I agree that it is a violation of her rights, but again, photography is either digital or easily digitized, so diligence os the best policy.

I think that the cloud has potential to be very secure, but this security can be busted without a failure in the cloud itself.

If the information is encrypted and firewalled as perfectly as it can be , the total security still depends on all the people with legitimate access being well briefed and careful .

If the post it note retrieved from the trash has the passwords on it ,a billion dollars worth of sophistication isn't worth a dime.

lately I`ve been travelling a lot and it would be very convenient for me to simply to just upload my stuff and just carry my tablet to access it .but I learned internet access is not always available or can be costly and still not very good. but despite that even with proper available access when I was assigned a very costly super important project for the weekend. the access is so difficult that it simply failed. meaning the cloud for the moment is not ready to be used as advertised. the internet it self is not ready til the cost for phone dataplan goes down and the quality goes up. what I just stated didn`t even cover the issue of security and I said earlier one person claim her photos were deleted.so the question is when you upload data to a cloudstorage  account is it a direct load or does goto various places before it gets there and potentially have various copies? if I remember right that's how emails work.
