I swear.....this is the kind of stuff that would have led to impeachment, were this a Republican President. The Constitution and laws are crystal clear. Leave it to Democrats and "Clintoneseque" parsing of the word "is", to try and circumvent clear law. What Hilary did...likely at the behest of her Husband and/or advisors was the circumvent clearly worded law. It had squat to do with "convenience", and everythign to do with control....control of what's released and to whom.
Putting aside the needed added government security on classified materials, the law was written, and subsequently reinforced, that as a government employee, ALL functions that use e-mail are to go thru the Government servers, so as to allow the ability for subsequent immediate and complete oversight, not to mention the above noted safety issue of classified documents. When the employee becomes a private citizen, they can then request, and receive all personal related e-mailings, with all Government materials remaining in the realm of the Government.
What Hilary performed was the complete opposite of what the law requires, where she and her minions controlled EVERY piece of e-mail & documentation, both personal and Government, and then SHE decides what to consider relevent to turn over to the Government. It's Clintons all over again, where they believe they're above the law. Benghazi was an example of the type of incompotence she'd bring to the white house. This is an example of the type of "transparency" and ethical/legal baggage she'd bring to the office
