The Scottish flag is a white St Andrew's Cross (X) on a field of blue.  Reversed, it is the Russian Naval Jack. This type of cross is called a SALTIRE.

The Florida flag resembles the Spanish Flag used at the time Spain controlled Florida a red St Andrew's Cross on a  field of white.
