>>As somebody pointed out here earlier, 5% in the popular vote usually translates into a landslide in the Electoral College.<<

Who was that? Whomever it was is dead wrong. If polls show Barry and the idiot up by 5% the week before the election it will be a landslide alright. A landslide for McCain/Palin.

If what the leftist drive-by media has been telling is true about what America thinks about Republicans, Barry and the idiot should be 20 points ahead and yet they trail in Ohio .... OHIO!

t-r-o-u-b-l-e

Ohio is irrelevant. In fact, if McCain was not ahead in Ohio then it'd be time to call this one over. Seriously, if the Republican candidate was sure to lose Ohio or Florida then call it a win for the Democrat. If the Democrat is sure to lose Michigan or Pennsylvania then call it a loss for the Democrats and a win for the GOP...it is over.

I'm telling you, Colorado and New Mexico will make or break it.

Right. Nobody has ever won the presidency without winning Ohio. Besides, Barry and the democrat party disagrees. But hey, you know best.

Go do the math. The Democratic candidate can most certainly win w/o Ohio. The Republican cannot.

And I suggest you study history just a bit better. There have been a number of Presidents elected without winning Ohio.

I'm not really interested in your suggestions.

Colorado has ... 9 electorial votes.
New Mexico has ... 5 electorial votes.

Ohio has 20.
