Here in Miami, there are no dollar stores or even discount chains like Dollar General in wealthy neighborhoods: the rent is too high. Dog grooming salons and shoe botiques pay higher rent. In poorer neighborhoods, they are all over the place.
You are not doing the voters a favor by forcing them to travel miles to buy paper towels, detergent and hair curlers.
I tend to think I would not vote for Peskin.
