« on: November 26, 2008, 02:05:19 AM »
I know it`s early but I`m not sure I`ll be online for the next few days so I`m saying it now
I`ll be going across california to visit the families
most of my family don`t live near me so every thanksgiving I visit most of them so they don`t worry I`ll starve myself again. (I forget to eat or drink sometimes)
tommorow it`s meet and greet
thurs. it`s bowling for tripe and dim sum
fri. it`s hangover cures
just a normal thankgiving

everybody have a good long weekend

Bowling for tripe and dim sum?

I sincerely doubt I'll be getting in here this weekend so let me offer my Happy Turkey Day greetings today as well.

We've got my father-in-law coming in tonight through next weekend.  Instead of running around to three different holidays settings tomorrow, we're staying in with our guest and our son and maybe a couple of friends and having the customary gustatory festival of turkey, chicken and dressing, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, green bean casserole and a sweet potato souffle.

I'm thankful to Americans for making the right choice in the past elections.  I'm thankful that my wife continues the abide me.  I'm thankful that my son is healthy and smart and still only four. (till April).

Happy Thanksgiving to all you great DebateGaters.

I'll add another happy thanksgiving, and a side note that it kind of sucks when your birthday manages to fall on it as well.

31, damn I'm getting old.

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I chose not to cook the turkey dinner in Jordan this year. Now I kind of wish I had. But whether I had or hadn't, missing my family and friends is a given on a day like this.  :(

Kid. ;-)

Tell that to my body, which right now feels like it's about 80.  Might have something to do with overcelebrating last night?

Hope all enjoyed their Thanksgiving. I had DELICIOUS organic turkey and homemade pumkin pie.

Happy Birthday fatman.

NO WAY!! You put the rest of us to over the hill status.
My birthday falls on a Holiday every year. (January 1) I love to celebrate it a day early.

Happy Thanksgiving and Birthday to you, FM.

I have already visited the Urgent Care once today because this cough just doesn't want to go away. It's a secondary infection from the virus I had three weeks ago....so.....no Turkey for me...only tea.

Mi Familia and friends give me reason to be thankful. May God bless those who are suffering today in India.
