...Brown wins the Mass Senate seat, it's going to be quite the circus watching folks like Tee, Xo, Lanya, Pelosi, Reid, & Obama rationalize Coakly's loss, minimize the impact to Obama/Dems, and hypocritically justify whatever stalling tactics are used to prevent sitting Brown anytime soon

If I lived in Mass. that by itself would be good reason to vote.

I wonder how many Republicans at heart live in that area , but have been politicly inactive because Kennedy seemed invincible?

Actually, Mitt Romney damn near beat Kennedy for his Senate seat while I lived there - and was elected governor afterwards.  There have, in fact, been several Republican governors of Massachusetts.  So the Republican party, if in the minority, is active enough in the commonwealth.  But with folks like Kennedy, Kerry and Frank getting continually elected, it's hard to think that the Republicans can make strong inroads.
