Side Dish: Stuffed Acorn Squash | Submitted By: Weavre
     

The bowls of an acorn squash are filled with butter, brown sugar, stuffing mix, chicken broth and savory spices, and baked.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
