I have an immigrant, just became a US citizen, who works for me doing odd jobs. His son will become a US citizen next year and will apply to get his mother here. Great, hard working, people. I don't think so. I think constitutional law falls under the jurisdiction of the federal courts. But i'm more than willing for you to show me where that is not true.
