isn`t dolly a real sick sheep?
meaning I don`t recall anyone saying they perfected cloning to the point getting a healthy animal yet
this article didn`t quite say that also.
also wouldn`t cloning increase the risk of inbreeding with more animals of thee exact genetic background.

HAHAHAHAH!

<<SPAM is made from quality pork shoulders ONLY.>>

Oh, that's ok then.  ;--)

Growing up I thought that was "lunch meat." We didn't get boloney or anything else.  Just Spam.

Eventually, the idea is to just grow the meat without the necessity of growing the rest of the animal. Just a huge, quivering mass of fast-growing boneless flesh, fed by intravenous tubes. I suppose they could combine the boneless steak, fillet, lamb, veal or whatever by having it covered with skin, because we will still need the leather, and the flies would be less a problem.

This sounds like a terrible deal for the animals .

We are already moveing towards something like this , a lot of domesticated animals are greatly changed from the forms that could survive on their own.
