I find it interesting that hungry Chinese tourists will avoid European, even French, food in order to eat Chinese, but that Chinese food (at least some of it) seems to be popular everywhere. Nobody doesn't like Chinese food. Like Sara Lee.

I thought I said that. It is screechy!! because they like those sounds. I grew to like it also. I can`t enjoy it without that nail to chaulkboard sound.

I don`t believe chinese food abroad is thought of as chinese food to the tourist, but as local varient of food.
ex. i think panda express as american food,not chinese at all.
