Sounds like a clever idea. Being as South Korea is much more densely populated, this will probably work better there than it would in much of the US.

Cool looks like it would save fuel and reduce the need for parking .

Wont work without a city?

I do not know whether it would work outside an urban area, but transportation costs would be higher in both distance and time consumed in deliveries. Publix supermarkets tried a home delivery deal here not too long ago and they cancelled it, saying it was not cost effective.

Population density in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan are all very high, much more so than in the US.

I know one thing for sure, in the areas with large poor populations i.e.ghettos, barrios, and white trash neighborhoods this concept will 1. save peoples lives because they won't have to venture out in the war-zone to buy groceries and 2. it will significantly reduce shop-lifting -- which in So Korea probably isn't a problem; but certainly is a problem in the USA; and as Obama quickly destroys our economy this might be really helpful. I know XO, I'm a racist!!!

This is a convenience issue, not a safety issue. I have no idea about shoplifting figures in Korea. Stores never mention this in their ads, anywhere.

People are not threatened on grocery shopping trips.

Shoplifters rarely swipe groceries, which are mostly bulky.

And we all know that you are a racist, Kramer.

I am on record for being against Affirmative Action, you are on the record for supporting it, therefore, you are the racist; I am a victim of reverse discrimination, and again, you are a racist.
