notice a uptick in true insanity lately

recently a man kidnapped and killed a 8 year old boy then the norway incident.

in a global scale in this normal outbreak or an increase.

has technology just made it noticable? or people are starting to break more?

Technology has made it more likely that you will hear about events everywhere on the planet.

Population growth has resulted in more nutty people and therefore more nutty events.
