I can agree with Whittle that it would be a good idea to make people spend some time in the woods. I did that for a lot more than 3½ days while in the Boy Scouts. I came to appreciate the difficulty of providing for myself. However, I can't say that it gave me any desire to write to the CEO of Kraft, Perdue, Mobil or whatever, since they are every bit the candyasses that the spoiled kids are. The WORKERS in those companies are the ones who deserve the thanks. I refuse to tell the Koch Brothers that if not for them, I'd have to drill for my own oil and refine it.

As for the Video of the kids, who were simply hanging out vs. the cops who were ordered to remove them, I can't imagine that this could have gone any other way. Hanging out in the Occupy movement events does not seem effective in any way to me.

Oh what bullshit equatement!
It's obvious many of those kids have never worked a day in their life.
Hell I was delivering newspapers on a bike at 12 years old.
Those large sunday papers on a bike at 12 years old in the rain wasn't always fun.
Most of those spoiled kids sleep in on Sundays & get their Starbucks & lap top going.
I am co-owner of a corporation & I did every manual job at our company.
I worked my ass off in 105 degree Texas summers for several years.
The difference is those kids have never created shit....
they talk a good vibe....but dont do shit.
They've never created jobs/taxpayers/livings for people.
Sure the workers deserve credit....lots of it.
But it takes someone to put it together so it all works.
Most of those occupy freaks are NIETHER...the worker or the owner.
Most of them deserve a kick in the ass!
