Iran's conventional armed forces are not the problem. They are no threat to anyone.

All wrecking Iran's military would do is to galvanize Iranians to seek revenge against the US and Israel. Most moderate Iranians who agree that nukes are unnecessary now would be convinced that they are needed after we wiped out their military.
