Not everything in the OSHA citation is as senseless as the items described above. And gun ranges are certainly not the first business in the United States to find themselves being punished by OSHA for things that have little or nothing to do with employee safety. I can't see where OOOOSHA is doing anything in this case that has any chance to imporove safety , in truth if training in handgun safety becomes more expensive or less availible in these days as handgun ownership numbers skyrocket , then OSHA is going to be responsible for a general decline in safety amoung the gun owners in the area served by this gun range . This is hardly unusual for OSHA, yes I would vote for a president who would promise to halter or eliminate it.
