If Obama is not on the ballot those blacks, latinos and minorities do not show up, as in 2010. Unless the Democrats have another Obama, they aren't going to win the White House. It was pretty close this time with record turnout of those groups. Biden certainly wont.

There's one problem with your theory there Rumpty. The midterms have a different electorate then presidential elections. It's a different crowd son. I know it takes you a little longer than most to grasp these things so we'll try and be patient.

There is a different electorate when Obama is not running. Period. Blacks, latinos, and young people are not going to show up in large numbers and vote for presumed Democrat nominee Joe Biden. Now that he will probably be the Democrat nominee for Governor of Florida will you vote for him or will you be intellectually honest?
