No law firms?

I'm shocked

My company has near zero moral due to literal no support. I'm mean zero supprort as in if somebody gets sick thier is nobody to help with the workload. As a cost saving measure the cut the floater pool so backup support will be rare.

Make each sentence a negative and the company would not be in business. The reason it is crap is because companies do not need a third party 501c telling them what they need to do to keep good employees.

What is a "third party 501c"? These are just suggestions, anyway. And of COURSE some companies prefer to treat their employees like crap. Give someone in a dept. store a regular 40 hours per week and a chance to earn overtime, or perhaps even a paid vacation, and they will not feel such an urge to reward themselves with free stuff. Most "shrinkage" is from employees.

There is certainly nothing wrong with anyone making suggestions, and these are GOOD suggestions, worthy of consideration, and not crap.

Considering the founders of the organization also run an HR consulting firm, i would say that this is motivated by self interest more than altruistic values. Just another credentialed functionary who adds little to product value but takes home a good wage just the same.

I've seen the result of this and is not surprised many law firms are dissolving today. It's not exactly strange to see somebody spend massive amount of time and money to become a lawyer and within a year quit. Thiers even  an article about pilsbury losing massive mount of money for not being able to hire associates because of it's rep for burning up new hires.

I think these awards are like green initiatives . thing that makes companies look good. Remember it`ds popular to slam china for rights violation. it`ll look bad if your company is as bad as a Amazon distribution facility.
