We oppose change that will DO NOTHING as it relates to murders or decreasing access to guns by criminals.  Try proposing/advocating some stuff that DOESN'T infringe on the law abiding, and their rights.  and while your at it, stop trying to conflate issues such as lumping non-assault weapons into claiming they are, or citing all the children murdered, and focusing on pseudo assault weapons, when it's semiautomatic HANDGUNS that are the predominant choice for murderers

Guns have no morals, no fingers, no opposing thumbs to fire themselves.  The problem isn't the gun or banning it from the responsible owner.  The problem is the pathologic criminal pulling the trigger.  THAT's where we can find some common ground and perhaps some "common sense violence control"

I rather think we are paying attention to the facts as they are.

None of the proposed changes would make massacres impossible , nor would measures twice as stringent.

One of the guns I own is over seventy years old and used to belong to Stalin.

I might sell it or leave it to someone in my will , it couold easily be usefull at 120 years old , very simular guns have been so.

I will not be able to guide it always into good hands , but the bad hands are not going to have much trouble getting guns anyway. Did I mention that this guns origional owner was Stalin? If that isn't a thug I don't know what is.

For Criminals guns will never be rare enough to handicap them, this is garunteed in the case of any imaginable change in the law.

But guns beiing commonly owned is a good thing because decent people outnumber criminals ten to one.
If criminals were expecting to face a gun at all of their planned crime scienes their stile would indeed be crimped.

I note that practicly all of the massicres were located at gun free zones, if I am ever wounded in the middle of a gun free zone I am going to hire a lawyer of the vicious type and sue all of the partys responsible for disarming me.
