The recognition of existence is the major bargaining chip that the Palestinians have: asking them to give it up before they even start is absurd. Sitting down to negotiate is the same thing as de facto recognition. No one can negotiate with a party that does not exist.

Their best bargaining chip disappears when they begin to bargain?

Wow , what is the problem with their second best bargaining chip?

What do you think their second bargaining chip is?

An offer to be good neighbors would be the first bargaining chip.

Refusal to recognize is a refusal to bargain, not a bargaining chip that could ever be cashed in.

If I did not recognize you, I would not be writing this message.
