This "nothing case" is taking a lot of time and money to reach no conclusion.

Why isn't it clear who has the right to demand to see your permits and who is required to carry them?

And what good does this permit do when it is there?

Hmm.

I thought 9-11 clear all this rights issue and prevented people from withholding id and any documents to be shown to officers. We talked about it here that rights has been lost due to 9-11
