Listing the ten best and ten worst Presidents of the USA is sorta iffy.

How can this listing have no mention of Ronald Reagan neither as one of the best nor one of the worst?

No Calvin Coolidge either, no Hoover, no Polk.


So what makes a President a good one?

Depends on the results you want doesn't it?
