As i stated before this is probly a tipping point and it only needs one dead black teenager to get shot by somebody not of his race and michael brown happen to be it. With the criteria i just laid out would it still of happened (riot) if the michael brown incident did not happened.

So if someone were able to prove that the trends for such killings was a good one .

I mean that it is happening less.

That would make no difference as long as there still may be a single incident?

Because in both cases, he was playing Mr Macho.

Had either of these guys not done that, no one would have gotten killed,

Is Macho defined as being beneath a bigger man who is hitting you?

sadly I believe yes. because the deaths are the only thing seen not the lowering of frequency. it took this long for me to remember at the very first week of this was the issue of children being safe from the police. look at the locations where protest and riots happens. it`s areas which likely has a past of police brutality. this is not a Michael brown issue and notice now more people of color has been injured or killed since this happened. it`s not an increase but a spotlight.

Basically, when Wilson told Brown to get the eff out of the street, he was playing Mr Macho. A smart cop would have just followed him home, called for backup and perhaps arrested Brown without ending up losing his job and getting Ferguson burned down.

If he had waited for backup and captured the suspect with a swarm of bare hands , we would have the Eric Garner situation.

Second guessing like this is not fair at all.

Perhaps he had a lapse of best practices when he tried to get out of his car too close to his suspect and got rushed , but was this lapse so bad that it deserved the death penalty?

Ten percent of the Police that are killed in the line of duty are shot with their own firearm, and there must be very few policemen who haven't been informed of this.

Last time I was stopped by a policeman , he was as cautious as he would have been approaching a lion, which I understand , his risk was greater than mine.

This is so beyond ignorant of what law enforcement does, its staggering.  NO POLICE OFFICER simply follows someone home.  When they see something, they are trained to deal with it, right then and there.  It's not macho, its protocol

And you know what keeps getting ignored, in not just this case, but the one in NY?......no one is talking about compliance.  When an officer indicates you need to do something, you do it.....period.  If you feel "disrespected" or something bad was done by the officer, you bring it up to their watch commander afterwards.  You don't tell the officer to just leave you alone.  And you sure as hell don't charge them.  You comply.

What's happening, right now, with all this attention folks like Obama & Holder are creating, with the idea that somehow the Police need to do a better job of being....less threatening, I guess, is enabling future situations, where-as, folks will feel that compliance is merely an option.....and your going to have far more of these incidents.  This is such an important concept, I believe, I'm going to copy it for a new thread title.....if anyone wants to opine on this tangent, there

Also it is not simple for a man in a car to follow a man on foot.

That seems like a lot of precaution for the crime of jaywalking.

Well, FUCK protocol. It is institutionalized macho crap.

Your 99% erroneous opinion is duly noted.  Keep in mind, I actually have a CCW, and have never ever had to pull my firearm, much less use it.  Stew on that, for a bit

So, you could be a pretend vigilante better than I could, because you are armed and potentially dangerous?

I will give you that.

Close...armed, and able to defend myself, my loved ones, and any innocent folks around me, better than you could.  Vigilante would require an act of targeting bad guys, so that makes your opinion, all the more in error.  Gotta love the consistency though

I think you should do all the stewing about being armed and dangerous. I am certainly not going to bother myself with it.
