Again, Europe is a large number of countries. Italy is not Denmark. Portugal is not Norway.  Greece is not Sweden.

Yet you apparently lumped them all togther in your proclamation that is how it has been done in Europe, in eliminating poverty.  So which is it?  Europe, or some specific country?  It can't be "Europe" since Kimba is on record has observing locations within Europe with poverty worse than ours. 

so, since its not Europe as a whole, which countries have done precisely that --> exponentially raised taxes on the rich and eliminated poverty in the process
