There is not one universal medical plan that the GOP has supported. Not one single one.

They had their chance, and they blew it.

Oh come on.
Richard Nixon had one of those.
He didn't fail any worse than the Clinton plan.

And even Hillary's plan didn't actually do the harm that the Obama plan is doing.

There is no Republican plan for any sort of universal healthcare.

Why do you insist on arguing a strawman??  one more time.....REPUBLICANS DON'T SUPPORT ANY SORT UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE PLAN, SO WHY WOULD THERE BE??   THAT WOULD REQUIRE GOVERNMENT CONTROL

And it is a LIE that it cannot work: it works pretty effectively in at least 30 other countries.

Best not try talking about "lies" Mr You-can-keep-your-insurance-and-Doctor-if-you-like-them....period  Biggest whopper since "Read my Lips", and "I didn't have sexual relations...."  It also depends on how one defines "works pretty effectively".  If that involves everyone being provided substandard healthcare at tax payer expense, then yea, it's working stellar, in some of those other countries.  If it means waiting periods of months for procedures, that under our system could have been performed within weeks, to relieve unrelenting pain, then yea, working very "effectively"  Not to mention how its breaking the proverbial bank in some of those larger countries, such a England, who are so desperate to fix their system, the conservatives just won a massive landslide victory, just a week ago

The Republicans are antiquated reactionaries and a waste of time.

Yea, they should be rounded up and sent to re-education camps...or be shot.  Nice to add the completely irrelevant derogatory dig, that could equally be opined as being specific to liberal Dems.  But oh well....sop I guess

The people should just cease listening to the goddamned Republicans. They are against progress and against the welfare of 90 of the population.

We are almost half of the population.

More than that if you don't count the Dead and Illegal voters.

No, Republicans are NOT anywhere near half the population. And it does not matter, they are backward and ignorant.

No, Republicans are NOT anywhere near half the population.

Nor are Democrats, although I think its also safe to say that Plane wasn't being specific to Republicans alone.  I would wager he was referring to conservative minded folks, or at least right leaning, in which case he's pretty close, in that, per Gallop, 40% classify themselves as conservatives.  Only 21% claim the liberal mantle

And it does not matter, they are backward and ignorant.

More of that projection, I see    ::)

No, Republicans are NOT anywhere near half the population.

Yes they are, certainly have been when it was time to be counted, remember how very close the Bush vs Gore election was?  What is the margin of error?

With such very close elections still likely , no wonder Democrat leadership wants to preserve various cheats.

The cheats are the Republicans. A majority of the people voted for Democrats in House races, but because of gerrymandering, the Republicans have a majority of the seats.
Our system for elections is inferior to those of many other countries.

The percentage of voters is a pretty small percentage of those eligible. The republican tactic is to sling mud so that many of the less informed people think that they are all crooks and they do not vote at all. The Re[ub;lican do all they can to prevent people they suspect might vote for Democrats from voting at all.

No, it is the Democrats that preserve the right of the dead to vote several times each election.

That black people can't have their picture taken is a canard.

a little tweaking, and we can properly apply the projection back to reality....The republican Democrat tactic is to sling mud so that many of the less informed people think that they are all crooks and they do not vote at all. The Dem[o;crat do all they can to prevent people they suspect might vote for Democrats Republicans from voting at all.

There...all fixed now

Fiorino is almost certainly hoping to be the Republican candidate for VICE President.

It would be typical of the GOP to nominate her to show that they "care about women".

If she became president, she would be a frickin disaster.

I do not see this as very likely.

Kinda like Obama has proven to be, and Don't-ask-me-anything Hillary would undoubtedly be as well.  You just have to wonder when the left will come to the realization that a person isn't anointed president, based on some pre-ordained name recognition, and/or 1st (insert gender or race here.)  You actually need to have demonstrated the ability to credibly & compotently govern
