While it is entirely legal, this is a terrible idea, both for the country and for any business that decides to do it. Black History Month does not cause stores to give discounts to only Black people, Hispanic Heritage Month does not result in discounts for Hispanics. These occasions only provide a period in which these lesser-known parts of our country's history is celebrated and recognized.
