That's the initial reporting coming out of the trial for the Boston Marathon bomber.  So, tell me again.....if the death penalty isn't a deterrent, why do those convicted of some heinous murder(s) fight so hard, via their lawyers, to try and avoid it??

There is no question that he did it, so the sentence is fair.
When the evidence is circumstantial, I oppose the death penalty.

The evidence in the OJ case was circumstantial, yes. There was no film footage or even eyewitnesses of OJ killing anyone.

If there had been videos of OJ killing those people, then  capital punishment could have been justified.

The glove was immaterial. Most people who live in warm climates do not buy gloves: if they have them, they get them as gifts.
And when leather gets wet, it can shrink a bit.

OJ got what he deserved. The prosecution did not try to go for a death penalty because California did not have one at the time.

OJ had some reasons to be pissed off at Nicole. Tsarnaev did not even know the people he killed and wounded.

yes i supported OJ execution...only because he was black...lol

I did not say you wanted Nicole murdered. I certainly am opposed to anyone murdering anyone.

Nicole had a weird love hate relationship with OJ.
She got the house, and one of his Ferrarris. She put a plate on it that said "L8 4 aD8", which pissed OJ off, as she intended. Of course, this sort of thing is typical of divorces. OJ was not justified in murdering her and her buddy.
