That is nowhere near true.  The middle class has been stagnant in real income since the late 1970's, no matter WHO was in power.

I find it amusing when spending money on Americans and their needs is a terrible thing, but pissing it away on military adventures is seen as keeping us safe.
Invading Iraq, it is clear, has NOT made anyone safer, anywhere.

So you don't agree with President Obama, of two years ago?

They had been going up steadily.  That's just a fact.  I'm one of those.  Now I'm one of those watching how our class is getting decimated under democrat policies put in place at both the state & national level

I agree with President Obama that invading Iraq was the wrong thing to do. He was against the invasion, remember?

Which invasion?
The most recent one?
So at that time you were agreeing with Obama , and contrary to Senator Clinton.

This all depends on what month you are referring to , these people have been all over the map from time to time.

When President Obama had been President for three years , he was prone to brag of Iraq's success.

Can you forgive Senator Clinton?

The Iraq War was a mistake. It is obvious to anyone with a brain that it was a terrible idea that would not work.

If Clinton runs against any of the fools who have so far said they wanted to be the Republican candidate, and Clinton is the Democratic candidate, I will vote for Clinton, because I disagree entirely with the entire agenda of the Republican Party. It is not a matter of forgiveness. I am pragmatic, and vote for what is closest to what I believe. I like Bernie Sanders more than Clinton.

He also said Iraq was stable and self supportive.  Was he lying then?  Of course he's entitled to his opinion about Iraq.  Doesn't make him right, any more than it does you.  None of that of course having to do with anything regarding the destruction of the middle class under socialist - democrat policies

Of course he was not lying. First off, that is a value judgement, not an absolute fact. Iraq was relatively stable, but the Iraqis elected a guy who was vindictive against the Sunnis. The US could not nullify the election or depose him without causing serious problems.

The First Iraq War was caused by Saddam invading Kuwait. This was caused by Olebush telling his ambassador that "the US does not take a position on the borders between Middle Eastern nations". The Kuwaitis were using horizontal drilling to pup out oil from under Iraq's border. The Iraqis did not have the technology to do the same thing to Kuwait, and Saddam though that he had been given the go-ahead.

And that caused the first Iraq War. It was planned. It was largely carried out by well-paid contractors and financed by other countries., The US government made a profit on that war, and American companies, like Halliburton, Brown & Root, Fluor made billions.

Of course, we did lose a number of soldiers, but they knew the job was dangerous when they took it. You know, like Super Chicken.

Olebush was both a former CIA director and fond of dirty tricks and a servant of Big Oil.

The Second Iraq War was caused by the imperfect ending of the First. Both were major and deliberate malfeasance by the Bushes.

Yours & Obama's opinion not withstanding regarding the Iraq, I jot only maintain it was the right thing to do BASED ON THE INTELLIGENCE AT THE TIME, AND FOLLOWING THE EVENTS OF 911, I also acknowledge that Obama was accurate in referencing how stable Iraq had become.......until of course he pulled the rug out from underneath the Iraqi people.

Which again has nothing to do with the issue of liberal democrat policies decimating the middle class

Yes, I know all about your poor judgment and inability to separate Bush & Cheney's made up bullshit from reality. I really do not want to have to inform you for the fiftieth time that you were and are, an idiot, incapable of comprehending reality and understanding that the main motive was to make money for the Militaty Industrial Complex and gain fame for Juniorbush as a victorious "War President".  I disagree with you entirely really have no time for your lame reasons for supporting a horrible and poorly planned war.

Both wars could and should have been avoided and there were mountains of evidence against either.

The best part of that rant is the ongoing inability to prove Bush/Cheney knew there were no WMD, but took us into Iraq anyways. ........ priceless in fact.     8)

The Clintons do not come close to being "uber rich"  What crap, sirs.

There is no way anyone can blame Obama for the Greek crisis. You can blame the EU and the Greeks, but Obama has not one thing to do with it.

The GOP would LOVE to see a recession right about now, because they crave power over the welfare of the nation.

  What was the possible alternative?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_1988
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bush_v._Gore

So you think that president Dukakis or President Gore  would have just allowed Saddam Hussein to take Kuwait, to maintain his reign of terror for as long as he and his progeny might live?

How would that be any better than what we have now?

President Obama acknowledged that Iraq was on the right track , then he abandoned them.

This might not describe the entire problem , but history simplifies things.

Uber Rich would be The Kochs or Warren Buffett, Bill Gates the Waltons, the Murdocks, the Krocs, the Bloombergs.

The Clintons make most of their money giving speeches I have never paid to hear either of them.
