I haven't tried it , but I might.

I need to loose some weight and one way to stop overeating is to eat bland.

Try it, and let us know the results.

The name is creepy.  You can make kale smoothies and stir in liquid vitamins for less money. 

You can add tofu for extra protein.  Guaranteed to be bland. As well as green. 

There is a ratatouille diet that is said to be effective, but it involves rather a lot of kitchen work. But ratatouille at least has flavor. You can look it up.

Quinoa and lentils easy to prepare. Add garlic and any spice you like.
