If a white thug walked up to a black Police officer and simply executed him/her, while they were not looking, with no other motive, would that not be considered a hate crime??

If a white police officer was caught on camera, largely executing a black man, who was neither charging, armed, or running, would that not be considered a hate crime??

How is it we continue to see examples of black people, executing whites and police officers, even sending in manfestos of how they want a race war, but its not being called a hate crime??

Suffice to say, that if a white thug had walked up to a black ANYONE, as simply executed them, where they stood, with no other motive, before the thug was even caught, much less charged in court, the news would be 24/7 of not just a hate crime, but a literal war on black people.  We've been witness to such acts that were clearly not racially motivated, yet used to push that theme.  The whole "Black lives matter" nonsense is fueled by that mindset

Black drivers are stopped and searched proportionately two or three times as often as White drivers. They are more likely to get a ticket and to be stuck with a fine much more often. Communities like Ferguson are much more likely to use the police to finance the city's debts.

Actually, the courts and juries will always decide the validity of all charges.
And, yes, before I decide on any case, I will have to have all the information that the jury and the judge hears.

Black Lives Matter is all about Black lives matter more than anything else.  There's nothing equal in it, what-so-ever.  When anyone dares to say that .."That ALL lives matter"...they're immediately condemned & denounced by those same BLM hypocrites

And this has nothing to do with charges or any pending case.  YOU, yourself was going apesnot how you believed there was some form of race caused rationale for the deaths in Ferguson, in Florida, and NY, before hardly ANY evidence had been officially released.  That was before any case was even brought forth. It doesn't require an elected official, or member of the bar to opine if something appears to be a hate crime
