...it would appear the courts, once again had to take the Obama administration to task for trying to side step its Constitutional limits, specifically with his end-around immigration law,  5th circuit court gave him a spanking, and made it clear that law is to come from the legislature, not the executive branch.

You'd think someone who supposedly studied the Constitution would have grasped that.  Obviously not with this fella

  I see a problem with depending on the SCOtUS.

   Dred Scott and the Cherokees never got an apology.

   Driving our problems into high courts is a failure of our greater society to show wisdom and civility already.

Its failure of all branches.  The executive branch for trying to subvert the Constitution,  the legislative branch for letting them, and the judiciary for being forced to clean up the mess
