That would be the Federal law: 18 U.S. Code ยง 793(e) and (f). "Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information", that you and Clinton are painfully trying to ignore. And what's more, is the law, as written, doesn't require "intent". Merely being irresponsible & reckless should bring about an indictment
In other words, no Federal employee, is allowed to receive or send classified information, on a unauthorised, non-government, private server....period.
Now, she's supposedly a "very smart woman". For her not to know (as she claims) that not only was she both receiving and sending classified information, we've now learned, per the IG APPOINTED BY OBAMA no less, it had some of the most top secret information that the Government can classify as such. And if she's going to claim ignorance to that fact, makes her dumber than dirt.
But rest assured, she won't see any jail time.....she's a Clinton
