Indictment should be a given, since the Federal Law in this instance, doesn't require intent
Conviction should also be a given, based on what she swore, in a Federal Investigation she didn't have, that we have now learned she did....in spades
Incarceration is almost nil. Not only is she a Clinton, she didn't "intend" to commit espionage or pass any secrets to the Chinese. She was merely grossly incompetent and reckless in trying to hide all her actions and connections from Congress, while SoS
Now, if the investigation leads to some serious misuse of her position of SoS in connection with the Clinton Foundation....well, then the sky;s the limit with possible jail time
