They're fanatics.  You have to kill them all or they'll just keep coming back.  And you have to assume total control over the education of the children and young adults for at least 35 years to make sure the same poison doesn't get re-injected all over again.  It means (God forbid!  Gasp!) you gotta teach the little buggers evolution.

The Iraqi Resistance is not the Taliban, plane.  Not even close.  They're Sunni but a lot more secular.

I was hopeing that opening a democractic government would be enough, haveing a say in government appeals to most people.

The Iriqui resistance includes groups that are exactly like the Taliban as well as others that are not ,when they run low on Americans to shoot at they will shoot at each other.
