Hard to draw this line fairly.

There are limits on speech when a person or a group is being libeled, which is the case here.
PP has not ever been in the business of performing abortions for the purpose of selling spare parts.
Disney has successfully sued and forced daycare centers to remove toon images of  Mickey, Donald, Goofy and others from their signs and ads, even though this is not libel.

  This is probably the best thing that could have happened for the anti-abortion cause.

   If they are accused of libel they will have their day in court.

    This will give then the standing to subpoena records in discovery for their defense.

       Because the truth is not libel, and the truth will be presented.


         Perhaps the truth needed this prybar to get free?
