WHITE LIVES MATTER is simply the slogan of  people who........

Who indeed?

Where and who are these people who are insistently saying that white lives matter?

Why would anyone make such an illogical leap to actually think that?

It's more of a any statement would be considered a counter . A defensive response . All lives matter would marginalize the racial component. Which is true but as i said it backfired and the issue of police abuse is not brought up now. Even the core problem is confusing. Notice nothing on bring safer police policy.
Does anyone know whats actions beside charging police officers are done. I'm not even sure they get credit for bodycams

The ideal is that all lives matter equally. But of course, they do not.

The lives of John Hinckley ad OJ Simpson mattered more than the lives of the several thousand men on death rows throughout the country. Money matters. Celebrity matters. If OJ had been only rich or only famous, he would have been on death row as well. Hinckley was not famous, and neither was his family, but being both rich and White made them matter more.

Scalia said that once a person had been sentenced to die, then the state was obliged to execute him, even though DNA was found to indicate his innocence.

Many studies of the death penalty have shown that Black men get the death penalty far more often than others in equivalent cases.

Ideally, the defense lawyers that poor people get stuck with are not nearly as qualified as the lawyers rich people hire, and that is another gross inequality issue that  has not been addressed.

  Lawyers get wealthy.

Suppose a state made it a requirement for anyone licensed to practice law that they do a certain amount of pro bono work.

I think this would help , but there might not be any good way to make a lawyer work for free at the same level of effort as he works on cases that make him wealthy.

Which only a racist would believe......as in one race matters more than others.  Now, guess which group of folks is pushing that mindset?

Why should it be tolerated that the law departs from the ideal?

If the reason that the law is different than it should be is a reason that most of us can understand and agree about , perhaps it can still be just.

But that the law should play favorites for no good reason , or a reason that only a few can understand and agree with , prevents justice.

The race that matters most is the race that gets shot the least. gets the least severe penalties and is least likely to end up in prison.

Everyone knows exactly who that is... and you of course think it is just the opposite and should stay that way.

That's just it.....there IS NO RACE THAT MATTERS THE MOST.  THAT is a fundamentally racist statement.   ALL RACES MATTER EQUALLY.

Is the idea that racism can be dealt with best ,by instituting a racial preference for the otherwise disadvantaged race?

This is certainly not a cure for racism .

The law should not be used for race, it has been , but that turned out badly.

All races are not treated even close to equally. Nor are all social classes treated equally.

As a matter of fact and practicality yes.

As a matter of law no, it is unacceptable to have law that is not blind.

All races are not treated even close to equally.

THAT'S THE BLOODY POINT.....ALL RACES SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY.  ONCE YOU START TRYING TO PUSH 1 RACE ABOUT ALL OTHERS, IS BY DEFINITION A RACIST ACT
