   That we should not be building walls , we should be breaking down barriers....



Ok Ok....
   So she is proposing less impediment to illegal immigration?

     There would not be any illegal immigration at all if you simply removed from the books all of the obstacles to   immigration that make some of it against the law.


   I do not see this message winning her the Presidency.

She was referring to the divide between different Americans. The ones Trump preaches against and those that blindly believe him
