Then we know that Bill was bright enough to stop saying it.

Net migration from Mexico in 1990 was much greater than now.
Now, more Mexicans are leaving than arriving.

While more "other than Mexicans" have been crossing in exponentially higher numbers, than ever before

Trump is focused on the "rapist Mexicans: that Mexico is "sending us".

Says me, backed by report after report after report.  Just read another where Mexico is literally helping to shuttle Central Americans, across their country

The Republican controlled Congress refuses to change the law that welcomes Cubans, even when Marco Rubio, long absent from his job,  proposed it. Neither Bill Clinton, who you posted this crap to badmouth, not Trump has said a thing about stopping the flow of Cubans. What is Panama to do with them?

Why should they?  Do we carve out a special law, for each and every country?  So, because the law won't change, its ok for Mexico to facilitate illegal immigration into this country??  See, you're making my point

If the US revoked the law welcoming Cuban "exiles" and promising benefits to them, this would end.

Panama has no way to send the Cubans back to Cuba.

We are a nation of laws.  You follow them, and everything else is moot.  Until that time.....

What Panama does or doesn't do is their issue.  Our issue is when foreign nations attempt to circumvent and break our laws.  Would we be justified in breaking Panamanian law, because of some inconvenience we're having??  Of course not.  So why is would it be ok for any other country to facilitate the breaking of our laws??

Here's the quick answer to that.....ITS NOT

The Cubans are not violating our laws. They are exiles from Communism. Congress made that clear long ago.
We just do not allow them to fly here. They must come by sea or land, for some reason.

Marco Rubio tried to get their status changed to that of all other immigrants, but the GOP Congress refused to  consider his bill.,

ANYONE that crosses our border illegally is violating our laws.   And any country that attempts to facilitate the breaking of our laws is no friend of ours.  Simple as that
