Seems that the real dietary villain is not fat, but sugar.
Sugar had a lobby and fat did not, so fat got the blame.

Then for some reason gluten has been catching hell.

I expect that in the not too distant future, sugar will lose out more and more.
Sugar turns into fat and that clogs the arteries.
Sugar is the main cause of diabetes.

sugar and carbs are the culprits
carbs are the cigarettes of our generation
carbs are addictive as hell
trying going a week or two with almost no carbs
ha ha....you'll start craving carbs
i am trying to cut back on both carbs and sugar

be very very careful how low you get, it can be too low also I got weak and dizzy from it and for some dumb reason doctors don`t care .

low carbs and low blood pressure are dangers alot of doctors are not trained to be concerned for.

Sugar is worse than carbs.
My sister is 6 years younger than me. Two weeks ago she woke up unable to walk or to write,
She has been avoiding doctors for five years even though she has a good insurance plan.
She was addicted to Coca Cols and drank four or five a day.

The Dr she finally went to told her she had diabetes. He gave her a prescription and had her sit through some videos with other patients,
She is feeling better now and tells me she is no longer drinking Cokes.

Sugar is addictive. If you eat or drink something sweet, even if it has no calories, it makes you crave more sweet stuff.
Lately I have been drinking diet ginger ale diluted about 50-50. It tastes better than plain water or chub soda, but it does not make me crave more sweet stuff.

Tap water lacks the taste of bottled water because of residual chlorine. It you leave it uncovered and allow it to gas off, it removes most of the chlorine taste, Also putting it in the fridge seems to help. A teaspoon og=f lime juice is also helpful.

What I hate is lugging all those bottles into the house and then having to dispose of them.
