OF COURSE it is about Christian theology. You want to force women you have never met to bear children they do not want.
You do this because you want to punish them for sleeping around or perhaps you just hate women.

Does the law against other sorts of murder depend on Christian theology?

I have a deep seated belief that every human being should have total and complete control of their own body.
NO baby is preferable to a baby that is unwanted.
If God wants that soul to be born in another wanted baby, He, being omnipotent, has the power to will it so.

You want to empower the government to deprive a woman of her free will.
