How does this fit with the theory that the NRA manipulates the market for guns and politics also ,to benefit the gun manufacturers , who run the NRA.

Well it does not fit , this effect is not predictable just to me , if I were Smith and Wesson I would be a Clinton supporter , just for the profit.
